Small thing that made a difference for me with a symptom diary.

Label things. Anonymous jars are how mistakes start.

No equipment needed and it costs nothing.

Worth trying before something more complicated.

Function over score. Three years in on a symptom diary and it lines up.

Personal experience, labelled as such, is exactly right here. Nobody is prescribing.

Careful with attribution. You changed the timing, the dose and the season. That is three variables.

Interdose restlessness is distinct from the original symptom and worth naming separately. How long have you been on a symptom diary?

Ten percent cuts. Slower is faster.

My pharmacist has become my actual doctor and I am at peace with it. Currently on a symptom diary myself.

Is it normal to feel worse before better? Nobody told me that.

Everyone here blames the drug. Half the time it is the appointment schedule, not the molecule.

Changing prescriber does not reset anything, and people discover that the hard way. Three years in on a symptom diary and it lines up.

You have two changes at once here. You cannot attribute anything until one of them moves.
