Loose evidence and no evidence are different, and people overcorrect in both directions.
Baseline first. Without a baseline the after picture is decoration.
Baseline first.
How long before you can reasonably say something is or is not doing anything? Same for me with ipamorelin, unfortunately.
Underdosing and tolerance are indistinguishable from the inside, and everyone picks the flattering explanation. Vivid dreams was my main issue with ipamorelin too.
Log dose, time and sleep. Ten seconds a day and it turns the anecdote into something you can look at. Currently on ipamorelin myself.
What is the first thing you would read if you were starting from zero?
Cold storage, light protection, date on the vial. Boring, removes half the variables.
Sleep, food, or the compound? Yes. Not on ipamorelin but the pattern is familiar.
Same here.
Sterility is the part people wave through and it is the part that actually bites.
Stupid question: how do you know whether what is in the vial matches the label at all?
Read the methods section. It is the only part that says whether the conclusion is allowed to exist.
Narrow conclusion.
Test one thing at a time. It feels slower and it is the only way to learn anything.
