Narrow conclusion.
What is the first thing you would read if you were starting from zero?
Stupid question: how do you know whether what is in the vial matches the label at all? Not on KPV but the pattern is familiar.
Loose evidence and no evidence are different, and people overcorrect in both directions. Fatigue was my main issue with KPV too.

Sleep, food, or the compound? Yes.
Baseline first.
If it needs three other compounds to notice, you have not tested the first one. Not on KPV but the pattern is familiar.
Test one thing at a time. It feels slower and it is the only way to learn anything. Four months in on KPV and it lines up.
