Long post, sorry. GHK-Cu: what actually has human evidence behind it, and what is extrapolation from animals?
Log dose, time and sleep. Ten seconds a day and it turns the anecdote into something you can look at. Three years in on GHK-Cu and it lines up.
Cold storage, light protection, date on the vial. Boring, removes half the variables. Same for me with GHK-Cu, unfortunately.
Where does the human data stop and the extrapolation begin? That is the whole thread.
Most of what is called evidence here is one person, one vial, one month.
Narrow conclusion.
Is a baseline blood test really necessary before starting something like this?
A certificate of analysis answers one question and gets quoted as though it answers four.
Stupid question: how do you know whether what is in the vial matches the label at all?
Loose evidence and no evidence are different, and people overcorrect in both directions.
Test one thing at a time. It feels slower and it is the only way to learn anything. How long have you been on GHK-Cu?

Sleep, food, or the compound? Yes.
