Long post, sorry. Egrifta (tesamorelin): what actually has human evidence behind it, and what is extrapolation from animals?
The comparison group matters more than the compound when the outcome is something as fuzzy as focus.
Forum consensus and published consensus diverged here about five years ago and never reconverged.
I have started logging dose, time, and sleep because otherwise the anecdote is just a mood.
Baseline first. Without a baseline the after picture is decoration.
Where does the human data stop and the extrapolation start?
Most of the popular protocol is borrowed from a clinical population and applied to healthy people without comment.
Narrow conclusion.
Sleep, food, or the compound? Yes. Not on tesamorelin but the pattern is familiar.
This is the kind of post the forum exists for.
Most of what is called evidence here is one person, one vial, one month.
Narrow conclusion.
Is a baseline blood test really necessary before starting something like this?
Sterility is the part people wave through and it is the part that actually bites.
Narrow conclusion, briefly right. Broad conclusion, interestingly wrong. I know which I keep choosing.

Reconstitution arithmetic is only half the problem. The other half is what was in the vial. Vivid dreams was my main issue with tesamorelin too.
Test one thing at a time. It feels slower and it is the only way to learn anything.
