Long post, sorry. Thymosin beta-4 (TB-500): what actually has human evidence behind it, and what is extrapolation from animals?
My rule now: if a claim cannot survive being written down with the numbers attached, it is marketing.
Sample size, blinding, and who paid for it. Those three questions kill most of the confidence in most of these threads.
Baseline first. Without a baseline the after picture is decoration.
Vial content, sterility and reconstitution are three separate questions and the certificate answers about one of them.
How do you separate the compound effect from the routine around it?
Is a baseline blood test really necessary before starting something like this?
A plausible mechanism is not an outcome, and this class is the textbook example.

A plausible mechanism is not an outcome, and this class is the textbook example. How long have you been on TB-500?
Read methods. Same for me with TB-500, unfortunately.
Name the active ingredient, not just the brand. It makes these threads searchable years later.
How long before you can reasonably say something is or is not doing anything?

This is the kind of post the forum exists for.
This board overrates bloodwork. A number moving is not the outcome you wanted.
Same here.
Cold storage, light protection, date on the vial. Boring, removes half the variables.
Stupid question: how do you know whether what is in the vial matches the label at all?
