I have been running LL-37 for two years and the honest summary is that the effect is smaller than the internet suggests and real.
Most of the popular protocols are borrowed from clinical populations and applied to healthy people without comment.
The comparison group matters more than the compound when the outcome is something as fuzzy as focus.
Tolerance and underdosing look identical from the inside, which is why the answer is usually a blood test and not more forums.
Cold storage, light protection, and a date on the vial. Boring, and it removes half the variables.
Animal data is much of what exists here and the human stuff is thin and small.
What is the strongest human evidence anyone here has actually read, not skimmed?
Narrow conclusion.
Read methods.
What is the first thing you would read if you were starting from zero?
Reconstitution arithmetic is only half the problem. The other half is what was in the vial. Not on LL-37 but the pattern is familiar.
Log dose, time and sleep. Ten seconds a day and it turns the anecdote into something you can look at.
Is a baseline blood test really necessary before starting something like this?
Stupid question: how do you know whether what is in the vial matches the label at all?
How long before you can reasonably say something is or is not doing anything? Currently on LL-37 myself.
Read the methods section. It is the only part that says whether the conclusion is allowed to exist.

Same here.
Underdosing and tolerance are indistinguishable from the inside, and everyone picks the flattering explanation.
