Trying to separate three different claims about semaglutide: that it is the right molecule, that it is the right dose, and that it does something useful.
Two weeks is not enough time to attribute anything to a compound unless the effect is dramatic.
The effect size I actually noticed is roughly a third of what the write-ups imply, and it took three weeks to be sure.
Vivid dreams and mild headache for the first 6 days, then nothing. Textbook for this class, apparently.
Sulphur burps and nausea for the first weeks are the usual complaint and they do fade.
What is the strongest human evidence anyone here has actually read, not skimmed?
Reconstitution arithmetic is only half the problem. The other half is what was in the vial. Currently on semaglutide myself.
Nobody has ever been talked out of a stack by a stranger on the internet. How long have you been on semaglutide?
Same here.
Baseline first.
Most of what is called evidence here is one person, one vial, one month.
Where does the human data stop and the extrapolation begin? That is the whole thread.
How long before you can reasonably say something is or is not doing anything?
Test one thing at a time. It feels slower and it is the only way to learn anything.
Same here.
Sleep, food, or the compound? Yes.
Same here.
Currently on semaglutide myself.
Same here.
Baseline first. Without a baseline the after picture is decoration.
Log dose, time and sleep. Ten seconds a day and it turns the anecdote into something you can look at.
