Trying to separate three different claims about KPV: that it is the right molecule, that it is the right dose, and that it does something useful.
The measured outcome and the hoped-for outcome are rarely the same thing in these threads.
The comparison group matters more than the compound when the outcome is something as fuzzy as focus.
I have started logging dose, time, and sleep because otherwise the anecdote is just a mood.
Animal data is much of what exists here and the human stuff is thin and small.
Where does the human data stop and the extrapolation start?
Is a baseline blood test really necessary before starting something like this? Injection site reaction was my main issue with KPV too.
Same here.
Same for me with KPV, unfortunately.
Sleep, food, or the compound? Yes.
Underdosing and tolerance are indistinguishable from the inside, and everyone picks the flattering explanation. How long have you been on KPV?
Same here.
How long have you been on KPV?
I would take the narrow conclusion. Broad ones are more interesting and less true. Injection site reaction was my main issue with KPV too.
Read methods.
Stupid question: how do you know whether what is in the vial matches the label at all? Currently on KPV myself.
How long before you can reasonably say something is or is not doing anything?
Narrow conclusion. Currently on KPV myself.
Log dose, time and sleep. Ten seconds a day and it turns the anecdote into something you can look at. A year in on KPV and it lines up.
A plausible mechanism is not an outcome, and this class is the textbook example.
Baseline first.
An inconclusive account is useful if it stops the next person mistaking a story for a controlled comparison.
