Small post about a taper.

This thread is forty percent of why I come here.

I have opinions and no expertise.

Everyone is allowed one boring answer.

No judgement, no scoring, just posting.

That is mine.

How do you tell the difference between the drug working and just a good week?

How do you tell the difference between the drug working and just a good week? Same for me with a taper, unfortunately.

Worth asking what specifically was measured. Pain scores move with mood and function does not.

Enteric coatings should not be crushed. The pellets are the delivery mechanism.

Sorry for the basic question, but how do you actually start one of these diaries?

Worth repeating that this is not medical advice and the answer often depends on who you are.

Is it normal to feel worse before better? Nobody told me that.

This is the correct amount of effort for a thread like this. Four months in on a taper and it lines up.

I was not expecting to be called out by a forum post today.

Half of what people describe as tolerance is a change in the underlying condition, and the two need different answers.
