Enteric coatings should not be crushed. The pellets are the delivery mechanism.

Worth repeating that this is not medical advice and the answer often depends on who you are.
Interdose restlessness is distinct from the original symptom and worth naming separately.
Everyone here blames the drug. Half the time it is the appointment schedule, not the molecule.
Worth asking what specifically was measured. Pain scores move with mood and function does not. Not on a relapse but the pattern is familiar.
