Long post, sorry. Rhodiola rosea: what actually has human evidence behind it, and what is extrapolation from animals?
Loose evidence is not the same as no evidence and people overcorrect in both directions.
The measured outcome and the hoped-for outcome are rarely the same thing in these threads.
Interested in the methods more than the conclusion.
Same here.
An inconclusive account is useful if it stops the next person mistaking a story for a controlled comparison. Five years in on rhodiola rosea and it lines up.
A plausible mechanism is not an outcome, and this class is the textbook example.
Reconstitution arithmetic is only half the problem. The other half is what was in the vial.
Is a baseline blood test really necessary before starting something like this?
Log dose, time and sleep. Ten seconds a day and it turns the anecdote into something you can look at.
Nobody has ever been talked out of a stack by a stranger on the internet.
Stupid question: how do you know whether what is in the vial matches the label at all?
Same here.
What is the first thing you would read if you were starting from zero?
How long before you can reasonably say something is or is not doing anything? Not on rhodiola rosea but the pattern is familiar.
Test one thing at a time. It feels slower and it is the only way to learn anything. How long have you been on rhodiola rosea?

Baseline first.
