Long post, sorry. Phenylpiracetam: what actually has human evidence behind it, and what is extrapolation from animals? There is a serious question about whether the studied form matches what is sold, and nobody in a thread can answer it.
Baseline first.
Sleep, food, or the compound? Yes. Headaches was my main issue with phenylpiracetam too.
An inconclusive account is useful if it stops the next person mistaking a story for a controlled comparison.
Is a baseline blood test really necessary before starting something like this?
What is the first thing you would read if you were starting from zero?
Stupid question: how do you know whether what is in the vial matches the label at all?
Log dose, time and sleep. Ten seconds a day and it turns the anecdote into something you can look at.
Nobody has ever been talked out of a stack by a stranger on the internet.
An inconclusive account is useful if it stops the next person mistaking a story for a controlled comparison. Currently on phenylpiracetam myself.
How long before you can reasonably say something is or is not doing anything?
Name the active ingredient, not just the brand. It makes these threads searchable years later.
Same here.
Stupid question: how do you know whether what is in the vial matches the label at all?
Underdosing and tolerance are indistinguishable from the inside, and everyone picks the flattering explanation.
