Back after a couple of years away. Older, more cynical, still on pharmacy work. Old enough to have used forums before social media ruined them. Looking forward to reading more than posting, probably.

It gets smaller. Not easy, smaller. That distinction kept me going.

Ask for the longer appointment slot. Ten minutes is not enough for a complex history and pretending otherwise wastes both your time. How long have you been on pharmacy work?

Following this because I am in the same place and have no idea what to ask at the appointment.

Changing prescriber does not reset anything, and people discover that the hard way. Not on pharmacy work but the pattern is familiar.

Is it normal to feel worse before better? Nobody told me that.

Following this because I am in the same place and have no idea what to ask at the appointment. Same for me with pharmacy work, unfortunately.

Interdose restlessness is distinct from the original symptom and worth naming separately.

Half of what people describe as tolerance is a change in the underlying condition, and the two need different answers.
