Started kratom a year ago for pain and I am trying to work out whether what I am feeling now is tolerance or something else.

The first 2 weeks were the worst and I nearly stopped. Glad I did not, but nobody said it would take that long.

Standardisation matters more than dose with botanicals, and most products say nothing about it.

What worked for you, and how long did it take before it worked?

Ten percent cuts. Slower is faster.

Is it normal to feel worse before better? Nobody told me that.

Sorry for the basic question, but how do you actually start one of these diaries?

Reference ranges differ between labs, so comparing two reports is close to meaningless.

Function over score. Same for me with kratom, unfortunately.

My pharmacist has become my actual doctor and I am at peace with it.

Ten percent cuts, of the current dose not the original. That is the arithmetic that keeps it survivable.

Half of what people describe as tolerance is a change in the underlying condition, and the two need different answers.

Access to mugs should be on the clinical questionnaire.
