Bloodwork question about undecanoate. Baseline, two months in, and the numbers moved in a direction I did not expect.
Nobody has ever been talked out of a stack by a stranger on the internet.
Most of what is called evidence here is one person, one vial, one month.
Loose evidence and no evidence are different, and people overcorrect in both directions.
Underdosing and tolerance are indistinguishable from the inside, and everyone picks the flattering explanation.
An inconclusive account is useful if it stops the next person mistaking a story for a controlled comparison.
What is the first thing you would read if you were starting from zero?
Underdosing and tolerance are indistinguishable from the inside, and everyone picks the flattering explanation.
Same here.
Currently on undecanoate myself.
Stupid question: how do you know whether what is in the vial matches the label at all?
Baseline first.
Cold storage, light protection, date on the vial. Boring, removes half the variables.
An inconclusive account is useful if it stops the next person mistaking a story for a controlled comparison.
Sleep, food, or the compound? Yes.
Is a baseline blood test really necessary before starting something like this? Not on undecanoate but the pattern is familiar.
