I have been running exemestane for two years and the honest summary is that the effect is smaller than the internet suggests and real.
How long before you can reasonably say something is or is not doing anything?
I would take the narrow conclusion. Broad ones are more interesting and less true.
Same here.
Narrow conclusion.
Narrow conclusion, briefly right. Broad conclusion, interestingly wrong. I know which I keep choosing.
Most of the popular protocol is borrowed from a clinical population and applied to healthy people without comment.
Same here.
Baseline first. How long have you been on exemestane?
A certificate of analysis answers one question and gets quoted as though it answers four. Currently on exemestane myself.
Read the methods section. It is the only part that says whether the conclusion is allowed to exist. Same for me with exemestane, unfortunately.
Test one thing at a time. It feels slower and it is the only way to learn anything.
Stupid question: how do you know whether what is in the vial matches the label at all?
Same here.
Currently on exemestane myself.
