pharmacy-forum.com is an independent discussion board. The data controller is the site operator, contactable through the Feedback & Suggestions forum or the contact address published in the site footer.
What we collect
- Account data: username, email address, hashed password, registration date, last login.
- Content: posts, topics, reactions, bookmarks and private messages you create.
- Technical data: IP address, browser and device information, and cookies required for sessions and spam prevention.
Why we process it
To operate your account, publish your contributions, moderate the community, prevent spam and abuse, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal data and we do not use forum content for advertising profiles.
Retention
Account data is kept while the account is active and for a limited period afterwards to handle abuse and legal claims. Posts may remain visible after account deletion, with the author name anonymised where possible.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing. You may also lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority.
Cookies
We use strictly necessary cookies for login sessions, security and spam filtering. Any optional analytics or embedded media is only loaded where a consent mechanism is in place.
